The diversity of members in YPOLA is a hallmark of the chapter. The chapter continually strives to ensure its membership represents the diversity of the greater Los Angeles area. Unique to YPOLA is the importance of family and kids in the chapter.
Above and beyond YPO qualification requirements, YPOLA seeks to find members who are leaders in their industry and who contribute to the communities in which they live and work. We strictly adhere to YPO membership guidelines and add our leadership and diversity objectives. The result is an extremely rewarding chapter with high membership standards and a constant variety of perspectives.
Together our members employ over 57,000 people in Southern California and 220,000 worldwide. YPOLA member businesses are geographically diverse throughout the Los Angeles area.
